Customer feedback

I had survey some customer about product of Rotiboy. Majority these customers they just come to store and pick some bread their wanted then they left after had paid without stay on cafe for a while so I can just ask a briefly question to them. Some of them was rushing in time and not willing to do survey. After I combination all the answer and found that most of them satisfied with the product of Rotiboy because all the bread are fresh and smell good and also halal for Malaysian people.

INTERVIEW WITH ROTIBOY STAFF

I  went to the Wangsa Walk Rotiboy outlet to do interview. Unfortunately, the staff was told me that the manager was travel on business not always be there.  I was also rejected by first time to ask the staff for interview because they are busy to serve customer so I walk away for a while after 2 hours and come back on second round to ask again for interview. One of their staff, Encik Hidayat, he had agree to be interviewee after I had explain  about the purpose of this interview but due to certain data information about financial is under company secret so there are a few financial question not to be answer. Encik Hidayat can answer me a few simple question only about Rotiboy.

Below are the question when I interviewing Encik Hidayat.

1.  How does your franchise's current financial status? and how much your franchise grow per year?
          "I am sorry for cannot answer you because the information financial about the company is not allow to spoke out or show to stranger. It only can be preview on the annual report for specified target group."

2.  Does your franchise has promotion to customer during Ramadan Hari Raya Puasa?

     "Oh,yes. our company had provide Raya green packet for Aidilfitri as customer spend above RM10 on Rotiboy Bakery items or with every purchase of Rotiboy Raya Cookies Box."

3.  How many hours, on average, do you work a week?
     "I am work as part time staff so my working hours is about 8 hours from 3pm until 10pm."

4.  Does the franchisor give you enough assistance in operating your business?
     "Yes, I was given by training to learn about the process of making buns. The temperature must be around 160 celsius and 167 celsius. or else, it will burnt or unripe. I also be train be a effective and maintain the cleaner of the place."

5.  What do your know about the process of making buns?
      "I had learn about how to manage the temperature when cooking a buns."

6.  How often do you get a vacation?
     "absolutely not because I am the part time staff only."

Because of he is freshman and also a part time staff only so the other question which is related to company privacy,he actually does not know much more.

Having a trip to FIM 2012

We are having a trip about Franchise International Malaysia Exhibition 2012 on 6 July. All of us are wearing full formal and look smart. There are many franchise of company assemble on the exhibition. My friend and I are staying there for 2 hours to looking for franchise as our target research title but unfortunately I didn't found my wanted franchise,Rotiboy.
